If you are not completely satisfied with your order return your purchase within 30 days and we will refund 100% of the purchase price with no questions asked. Artwork must be in original and undamaged condition and in original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How to Order

When you click on a thumbnail of an image, the image will enlarge and a "Buy" button will appear near the image. Click on the "Buy" button and the item will be added to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your basket, you can remove the item from your shopping basket, place the order or continue shopping.

When you are finished shopping and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Show Order" button, then complete the order form.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped the next business day.
All etchings and giclee prints are sold unframed and unmatted and shipped in a heavy duty tube to insure safe arrival by UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Original Oil Paintings are shipped in boxes and insured for their full value.

Shipping and Handling fee is $15.00 for UPS ground (Residential or Commercial) shipments to the Mainland USA and First Class Mail (Priority) anywhere in the Mainland USA.
$20.00 for First Class Mail (Priority) to Alaska and Hawaii.
$25.00 for UPS 2nd Day Air to Mainland USA.
$30.00 for UPS 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii.
$30.00 for US Postal Service Express Mail to anywhere in the USA.
$40.00 for Next Day Air by UPS, Next Day Air FedEx to Mainland USA .
$50.00 for US Postal Service Express Mail to foreign countries** (See International Policy below).

Sales Tax

There are no sales taxes.

Credit Card Processing and UPS Tracking Number Notification

We will process your credit card information after your order has been shipped. If you have chosen Express Mail, UPS, or FedEx Next Day delivery, the Tracking Number and a scheduled delivery date will be emailed to you. You will be able to go to the respective site and track your order.

International Policy

There are no returns on International Sales. Ordering through this site constitutes an agreement to this regulation.

Due to an agreement with our Japan distributor, we are not able to ship orders for etchings to Japan. You are welcome to enter the monthly free print drawing.
